Refund Policy
Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of custom AI consulting and implementation, most services are non-refundable once fulfillment has started. Refunds may be considered before kickoff on a case-by-case basis, but once strategy, labor, or deliverables are in motion, payments are final.
Product & SaaS Refunds
If you’ve purchased software, hardware, or a third-party subscription through Pluto AI, refund policies are subject to the vendor’s terms. We will help mediate refund requests but cannot guarantee outcomes unless explicitly agreed in advance.
Exceptions & Disputes
In rare cases of error, failure to deliver, or critical service defects, partial refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion. Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of delivery. All disputes will be handled in good faith and reviewed individually.
